NLM Hamarkirken holds a service at Brukshuset (Stormyrvegen 11, 2315 Hamar) every Sunday at 11 AM. A typical service lasts 75-90 minutes and contains preaching from The Bible, prayer, praise and fellowship. Two Sundays a month we also celebrate Communion together.
We want to be a congregation for all generations. One Sunday each month we gather for a generation service. This is specially facilitated for the younger generations.
Our services are usually translated into English.
After each service there is a good opportunity for social fellowship around the Norwegian(?) concept "church coffee".
The services are streamed on our YouTube channel.
Language Café
Every Monday evening from 6pm until 8pm there is a language café at Brukshuset, where we want to create an arena for immigrants and Norwegians to meet for good chats and snacks. This is a great opportunity to help our new compatriots to become more confident in Norwegian, and also provides an opportunity to build relationships and be hospitable.
